Command of Leading Group on Novel Coronavirus Prevention and Control of
CPC Yunnan Provincial Committee and People’s Government of Yunnan Province

　　To people of all ethnic groups in Yunnan Province,
　　Since the outbreak of the pneumonia caused by novel coronavirus, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have attached great importance to the prevention and control of the spread of the virus. General Secretary Xi Jinping and Premier Li Keqiang have made important instructions on the work of combating the outbreak. The CPC Yunnan Provincial Committee and the People’s Government of Yunnan Province have fully implemented the decisions and orders issued by the Central Committee and the State Council by setting up a leading group on novel coronavirus prevention and control, and launching the Level 1 public health emergency response to combat the epidemic with all-out efforts.
　　Due to the increased flow of tourists and people coming back from other provinces/cities during the Spring Festival, Yunnan Province has been seeing a growing number of confirmed cases of novel coronavirus recently. In the face of the serious and complex situation, we call for the concerted efforts of all ethnic groups to fight together against the epidemic.
　　1. Please halt your plan of traveling within or without the province. If you are still on the way here and there, please return as early as possible.
　　2. Please protect yourself and others by reducing or avoiding outdoor activities and gatherings, washing hands often, keeping sound ventilation, and wearing a surgical mask when going out. These measures will help to reduce the risk of getting infected or spreading diseases.
　　3. If you have visited the infected areas or had contact with people from these areas, please seek medical care immediately at the local medical institutions or by calling the hotline of Yunnan Health Commission at 0871-12320.
　　4. If you have symptoms of fever, fatigue, cough, difficulty in breathing, etc., please stay calm, put on a surgical mask and seek medical care right away at local fever clinics.
　　5. If you are a confirmed or suspected patient of novel coronavirus, you will be provided with treatment in isolation for the sake of the health of yourself, your family and the community. Your understanding and cooperation will be highly appreciated.
　　6. If you are a close contact of the confirmed and suspected cases, you will be placed under medical observation for the health condition monitoring. Your understanding and cooperation will be highly appreciated.
　　7. Love and kindness conquers all. Please provide necessary help to travelers who are returning home, and assist the stranded travelers from the infected areas to move on to the designated hotels.
　　8. We have adopted such measures as postponing resumption of work and school openings to prevent the epidemic from spreading. For the inconvenience occurred, we appreciate your kind understanding and support.
　　Under the strong leadership of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, and with your support, we have every confidence in winning this tough battle.

全省各族人民：

　　新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情发生以来，党中央国务院高度重视，习近平总书记多次作出重要指示，李克强总理多次作出批示。省委省政府坚决贯彻落实党中央国务院决策部署，成立应对疫情工作领导小组和指挥部，启动重大突发公共卫生事件一级响应，全力开展防控工作。

　　云南是旅游大省，目前正值春节假期，人员流动较大，我省确诊新型冠状病毒感染肺炎病例不断增加，正处于疫情高发期。面对严峻复杂的形势，我们万众一心、众志成城，打一场阻击肺炎疫情的人民战争，共同做好以下工作：

　　一、请暂停省内外旅游计划，如您已在途中，望尽快返回。

　　二、请做好自我防护，少外出、不聚会、勤洗手、常通风、戴口罩，降低感染、传播疫情的风险。

　　三、如您来自疫区或与疫区来的人有过密切接触，请主动与当地医疗卫生机构或者“12320卫生热线”联系，及时获得医学服务。

　　四、如您有发热、乏力、干咳、呼吸困难等症状，不要恐慌，戴好口罩，尽快到医院发热门诊就诊。

　　五、如您为新型冠状病毒感染肺炎确诊病例或疑似病例，为了您的健康和对家人、社会负责，我们将对您集中隔离治疗，请予以理解和配合。

　　六、如您为新型冠状病毒感染肺炎确诊病例和疑似病例的密切接触者，为了随时掌握您的健康状况，我们将对您集中隔离医学观察，请予以理解和配合。

　　七、疫病无情人有情。请为省外在滇游客返程提供方便，为疫区滞留云南游客的集中安置给予关心和帮助。

　　八、我们已采取延迟企业复工和学校开学等措施防控疫情，可能给您带来不便，请您理解和支持。

　　我们坚信，在党中央国务院的坚强领导下，有您的参与和支持，我们一定能够打赢这场没有硝烟的战争。
